Management understand the individual situations whether staff are studying or raising a young family and therefore we offer flexible hours that accommodate individual daily pressures.
We are also proud to share that we integrate employee interaction through our social club program. This allows the team to connect socially and to break down the barriers of a very fast pasted working environment. An added benefit of this social club program is that some events include family members to come along.
A committee is formed each year including a director whom together, set out the years program ensuring we include various activities that focus on health and wellbeing, relaxation and opportunity in ‘trying something new’.
